UNCOMFORTABLE BCBA was formed to acknowledge truths, to bring to light some of our experiences and shortcomings, to be vulnerable and learn from our shared stories.
We, the founders of UNCOMFORTABLE BCBA (Barbara Kaminski & Megan Kirby) and our friends, believe that by talking about things that make us feel uncomfortable, we can grow as individuals, students, peers, service providers, consultants, supervisors, educators.
By acknowledging our current skill and performance deficits, we aim to build the foundation for a better, more successful and effective generation of behavior analysts!
Will you be a part of this movement?
Will you be a catalyst for creating and sustaining lasting, socially-significant change in the field of behavior analysis? In the world?
